How
do I name my site?
The ideal name would be a name that your customers already
associate with you, such as your business name. If your
company's name is ABC, Inc., you could register the domain
name abc.com. If your business name is not available,
think of variations you can use. Then submit your ideas
to cyberLights' customer
service, and they'll check the availability and assist
you with registration if needed.
Do
I need a domain name?
Any business can benefit from having a custom domain name,
your domain name is crucial. Similar to a customized toll-free
phone number, a domain name gives your business a unique
identity on the Internet, making it easy for visitors
to find and remember your website. Once you have your
domain name registered, be sure and place your www. address
on all of your marketing tools (letterhead, business envelopes,
business cards, etc.)
What
if I already have a domain name?
No problem! We'll be glad to transfer your existing domain
name to your cyberLights, Inc. website, or can even help
you maintain your site
Billing
How
will I be billed?
Billing is ongoing and based on the package you choose.
If you chose to have a third-party web hosting service,
no problem. we can work with that also and can help you
maintain your site and keep a fresh and revised look.
What
forms of payment is available?
Each month, an invoice will be mailed to you. Due upon
receipt, the invoice can be paid with a personal or company
check. Please note that a $40.00 charge will be incurred
for any insufficient checks returned to us.
